What would you do for Science?
I would be a human guinea pig! Like any good human guinea pig, I would live in a large fantastically colored plastic/metal cage. The floor would be wood shavings and shredded paper. I would have my own exercise room, with a large wheel and a maze of tubes to run around in. My food would be trail mix and my water would be bottled and given to me personally. Also, my baths would be in the finest of salts/sands.

I would become a cake tester, and test to see if the cake is a lie (and I would also get free cake!)
For those of you who don't believe, cake is very scientific.
Plus a whole bunch of other secret stuff I cannot mention.

I would volunteer myself for human experimentation. More notably, muscle enhancing experiments such as the super soldier program Captain America was in. Who knows? I might be the next Avenger. :P

I would be a real, normal person for a whole day for science. I would also eat an onion for science. I would be the first person to answer the next question but put a different question and answer to see if everyone else would answer that one instead of actually looking at the first post to see what the real question is (I've always wanted to do that ever since we got to more than one page). I would give Kuger the CE back for science! Yes Kuger, we are lucky and we are grateful for your generosity.

what would i do for science?
i would attempt to capture every boss/rare monster in spiral knights so they could be studied
i would attempt to make a real lightsaber and deathstar(so those acursed alien conquerors{aka:jerks}would have to get through me first!)
and i would attempt to make either living breathing pokemon(XD yeah i still play pokemon) or try to make a device that would allow people to take anything out of book/videogames/tv.
XD i would love it if any of those are sucessful/does not kill me

Firstly, species I think you mean. ;)
As for the question:
I would create a monster that was in a sense a swarm monster, shadowy and all, but...
•It's like a Sealed Sword. It can cause any status effect.
•It does some random damage type, be prepared.
•It is a combo of all of the current monster types.
•It is weak and strong to every damage type except normal, the weakness/strongness is random.
•Imagine it as a endgame boss, T4: Shadowy, Hazy, Large…
•I'd call it... A "Veaxal". Random name, FYI.

A tetrapedal beast type monster
which can do a charge attack (a straight run toward a knight dealing damage if it hits u)
Maybe something like a rhino
They will be very vulnerable if they charges toward u and miss

I would make a swarm monster that is sort of like an "anti"-spiral knight. There would be the same number of them who spawn as the real knights who went on the expedition, and they would have identical health, weapons, and vials/capsules, so they could be really hard to kill. No energy blasts though, because that would be unfair.
THAT would scare people away.
id create controller slimes. theyd charge for a while then attach onto a knights back, and if hes in a party, hed start randomly chattering and slashing at his teammates. they could choose in between hitting him directly or the slime on his back ,like a trojan. if they kill him hell die normally and the slime would fall off his back.
if they kill the slime the knight is freed.
if solo, the slime would attach, vampire heal if damaged, then either explode or get off and let behind a status effect.
I would do something that would adapt to your armor and attack with the damage that you're most weak too so if you're packing full Vog and the thorn shield it would change to shadow damage. :)

if you created a clockworks species what would it be?
if i created a clockworks species it would be a race of monsters from deep space
they would deal spacial damage and could cause a void side-effect, void status ranomly warps the knight to a different location on the same map that is accessable (so if there is a gate unopened you will not go past it ) this will happen 3 times before warping the unfortionate knight back into the fray. it should be noted that damage from this status will affect you no matter what ( since there is no current protection againt void )
it should also be noted that void stauts can actually help a knight by bringing the knight to possibe saftey for up to 1 minute, therefore enough time to use a health vial if necessary. they will aslo appear to be either blobs of plasma ( turrent ) or a alien- like being ( normal ) the alien will appear to have armor but that is actually scales on it and will also carry a strange sword ( it will look like a cutter combined with a lightsaber ). that is my monster species. XD i hope they make a spacial species...

It would be the dino dude species. They are these dino dudes that terroize the knights and they have very sharp teeth. They live in the FSC cuz they are Vanaduke's pets. They are very fast, and all of them look like T-rex. The fire one would be firo-rex with fire breath, the ice one cryo-rex with ice breath, the poison one sicko-rex with poison breath, the shock one lightning-rex with shock breath, and whammo-rex with stun breath. All of them also do stomp and bite which can also do status affects. the breath is elemental, the stomp is normal, and the bite is peircing. they are resistant to percing, nuetral to shadow, and weak to percing. their skin is very rough. the normal damage rex is called rexxy roy, and all the rex's can also do tail whip attack, which is also normal. they tail whip and stomp cause extreme knockback. no one knows where they came from. everyone thinks that vanaduke was experimenting with a baby snarbolax, a grimalkin, a jelly, several pit bosses, and the void. its sharp teeth are from the snarby. the grimalkin attribute is dissapering. the jelly make them very jelly like. the pit bosses make it very bossy. also, he experimented with undead too, so they are undead. u cant kill them. they can only break apart, but will soon re build.they have big eyeballs, two short stumpy arms, two big legs, and big claws. look kinda like t-rex except more awesome. o yeah. they can also headbutt and charge, both do normal damage. well, actually, they are kinda the same things so lets just make it charge. the only way to make them destroyed for a while is to shoot his mouth while it is open. one shot from a proto gun could destroy it, but getting its mouth open is hard. it is only opened when it roars and does the breath attack, and it is only oppened for a second. when it roars, it can also cause stun.

FOr the Hydra Craft mini boss, will just post boss attack here.
Intro: When you see the Craft, it will be imobile. There will be a Vealox Pilot next to it. You can't damage him. He climbs into the Craft, the Craft powers up, and the battle begins.
Phase 1: Craft begins to fly around rapidly, blasting away with its triple-darklight cannons. For now, lets say they do pure shadow damage. They do massive damage when you get hit, and can cause curse, knockback, fire, and/or stun. Damage it.
Phase 2: The Craft lands on the ground and engages turret form. It stys mobile on the ground, shooting medium-speen cannon blast at you. Although it can't turns, it's cannons can swivel in all directions. It is also protected by shields al around. It also unleashes up to 4 Hydra Drones, which deal a mix of shadow and elemental damage, and can cause shock status. Kill all the Drones.
Phase 3: The Craft goes into flight mode again, unleashes 4 more drones, and begins attacking again. Kill the Drones, and destroy the Craft.
Phase 4: The Craft blows up, but the Vealox Pilot is seen ejecting, and lands on the ground before you. He is armed with 4 Darklight blasters. He begins shooting at you in an 8-shot combo; 2 shots from each gun. They deal pure shadow damage. He can also us his tail to smash you. That deals normal damage, can deal stun and knockback. KIll him.
YAY. YOU HAVE DEFEATED A MINI BOSS. HURRAY FOR YOU.

If you created a clockworks species, What would it be?
Hmm... Ok. Here's one of my ideas. If I created a clockworks species, it would be a Fiend type called the Devil-ERS. Description: they would be a dark-grey Devilite subgroup with ties and glasses like Pit Bosses that would, like the normal Devilites, not be aligned with any particular Status Effect, but would rather throw clipboards (or other?) as their projectile of choice which subtract percentages of the target's current Crowns on hit. Additionally, those percentages would be different depending on the current Depth and Tier. Also, the Devil-ERS would be unable to change their targets and will endlessly pursue them to death once they've sighted them.
I'm doing this for fun and to give this fun little (big) thread a bump~

I'd like to recreate Tortodrones, among other such unique monsters resembling (in both actions and looks) mini-bosses. Perhaps the legendary Vog and Skolver, as gigantic, ferocious Wolvers, easily twice the size of any Alpha Wolver. Combining the ideas behind Snarbolax and the Roarmulus Twins, Vog and Skolver could be a duo-combined Tier-3 Beast boss thrown in to a single arena.
Speaking of the Twins, and going somewhat off-topic, I'm sure a 4-way Roarmulus Quartet would be lots of fun. ;)
the watch dog is a very slow and indestructible and does no damage to knights but is like an alarm clock and calls all monsters in a huge radius to attack your knight with enough damage it will go into sleep mode for a small amount of time and you have to run away it is like a phantom

A royal guard gremilin, it would be a lttle like the common melee gremilin, but he could use a small flamethrower, also, he would use a golden-spiked hammer, and would have a really small chance to drop it. He would wear a Dark-blue armor and would have a backpack, also, he can throw his hammer and it would explode in a random effect (between fire-ice-shock-stun, and if he is the swarm version, it would also have a chance to curse.).

It was fast-paced and suspenseful. Xairathan speed-typed him/herself to near-domination of the event but there were some other winners also. Then there was the raffle. Then some knights hung out for awhile and starting talking messily. Don't ask me for the details because I left at that point.
