Great Idea for Pets!

Just a thought, maybe there should be pets that follow us into battle.
There would be a new merchant standing in baazar, and there will be a new "pets" catergory in the ac.

There could be cheap pets which are selled in the ac or the merchant. OR there can be rare/more powerful pets dropped from bosses from like missions.
I'm thinking of creating the pets in a whole new perspective, different to the monster families like a mini jelly that follows you, that will just be stupid.

So I thought they should be like from another planet that crashed into our land. Then they will need help from us, and we ally them and help them. I dun like OWNING the pets because its just kinda boring after several months.

Any thoughts?

In real life its excrement and in online games it is known as lag.

The closest thing there is to pets is the snipe hat.

I lol'd.

Pets are one of two things:

1: Useless fighters that have horrid AI and are annoying since they block your bullets and ruin kiting.

2: "Cyber Elves", as Psycho calls them, which cost ridiculous amounts of CE (Or more likely, "with purchase" (inb4 Asukalan)) to promote more Pay-To-Win abilities in LD.

On an off handed note... why don't they take frostbite out? Give us something flowery like a treasure vault-themed LD map?

Never. Or at least in the way you put it. Eh, just never.

The closest to pets we should EVER get is monster/snipe related auras. Purely visual, not separate, no extra lag. Suppose, you could have a lil' snipe bobbing around you? This idea still seems lame.... and we have a million things we want before more costumes *cough* new t3 boss *cough*.
