So two days ago I logged on just fine and had a couple good vana runs along with making a flaming pulsar and working on heating for blazing. Today when I logged on to steam to open SK it opened in my dock for a few seconds then disappears meaning it crashed. My friend and I went through the terminal to launch it and it launched just fine, but not logging in with my steam account. After a little digging we found that there was an update today?

I don't know if this is a bug or just a terrible feature, but my cursor doesn't show up most of the time. I've looked through every menu, and there's no option to fix this. Oddly enough, not having a cursor makes it really freakin' hard to aim, and I keep clicking outside my window, which usually moves it. It doesn't make the game unplayable, but it's pretty miserable.

So, I am a new player in Spiral Knights.
I have known about Spiral Knights since the 2012 Steam Total War Weekend promotion, when I received DLC's for this game as part of a bundle upon purchase (Shogun Hat, Imperial Tricone, etc)
Now, after all these years I wanted to try it out and make use of the DLC I have for this game, yet I am unable to access the DLC in my library in the game, which is not only a violation of Steam's DLC policies, but also an infringement of the Canadian Consumer Protection Act.

This has given me a pretty bad impression of the game.

I'm not sure if this is a technical issue, or just a problem with my computer, but after playing Spiral Knights for a year, then taking a break, and then returning, the Steam Overlay is suddenly broken. It was working fine around five months ago, but now it refuses to open. I have checked the 'enable Steam Overlay' box in both the game and in Steam, so I'm sure that's not the problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn't work either. If anyone could offer some suggestions, that would be great.

No, it doesn't say "Java (TM) Platform SE Binary has stopped working".

This is a long going issue, that was never solved. Now I want to try again, because I loved playing this game.

I have been using my Xbox 360 controller to play SK, but recently it stopped working. I run windows on a surface 3. The odd thing is that the controller only stops working for SK. All the other Xbox/steam games on my computer work fine with the controller.

Anyone have any solutions/suggestions.

I had some problems with not getting the Cradle and all achievement, so i sent a message through the support portal. That was some weeks ago and a week ago i sent one more. They are yet to answer and i don't really know what to do at this point. It would be nice if someone could help me out and even better if someone from the team would actually answer this post.

I was not sure where to post this so i just posted it here :P

I get an error message from the game telling me to activate the "allow steam overlay" feature, yet I have checked both in steam in-game settings and the properties of each individual game, and the box for "allow" is checked. Moreover, shift + tab never opens the steam overlay in SK, but does open the overlay in other games. Not sure what is going on, any ideas? I've already tried re-installing steam with no success. Not sure why overlay works in other games but not SK.
