Lock weapons, not armor

I like that you have to choose your arsenal before you enter a gate. However, I think you should be able to freely change your armor on the fly to adapt to the situation. Let me change my helmet, armor, and shield on the fly and it gives me a better reason to collect, level, and use resistance sets. Otherwise, I predict everyone will gravitate towards "well-rounded", and we'll have 90% of players using the same 2 or 3 sets of gear.

Basic explanations below list

~Suggestion list~
-When possible add a costume shop for energy, in game with a dev we talked about watermelon helm, paper bag, etc, you know who you are!
-Increase Energy Tanks to 200, keep the same rate though
-Create a mist to crystal converter, can only be used once a day, fee of crowns, only 100 energy at a time, 20-25% transfer rate, so 100 becomes 20-25

-Lower priced shop items
-Give all crafted items special pluses(like a little more attack, speed, but keep it low){crafted items would have more value and be stronger basically}

Ideas to Promote Team Play

This goes along with my other post http://forums.spiralknights.com/node/198, but whereas that post is more of a rant and discussion about what the future of the game is, these are some suggestions to promote team play. These can all easily be expanded to be entire discussions of their own, but I'm just posting them now in their current form to gauge interest in the ideas before I expend the energy to elaborate on them.

More gentle resurrection costs

Gremlin Healers

Wouldn't it be a good idea to make it so that they can not revive each other?

I just came across two of them, and they would just cast an energy dome and revive the other one whenever I killed one of them. It literally took me 10 minutes to finish them off.

What I'm saying is: They should still be able to revive any other Gremlin creature, just maybe not other Healers.

Why should I ever go back to Haven?

Haven is the main hub of Cradle, but I feel like I've reached a point in the game where there's no reason to go back there. There's nothing that's Haven-specific that forces me to visit (a trading post or whatever), so I usually keep my character in Emberlight because the levels below there offer the most challenge.

A Free Gate

I feel that there should be at least one dungeon that has no energy cost to play. This dungeon should of course have very limited rewards, offering very little money, possibly no heat, only the most basic materials, and low quantities of minerals.

It could also include many energy-locked doors which contain somewhat better rewards.

The point would be to give players something to do while they're out of energy, as well as serve as a good place to test out new weapons and strategies.

Enemies should be hurt by spikes

One thing that drives me nuts is when an enemy with a ranged attack, especially Gremlin Healers, go and hide in brambles or spikes so that I have to take a bunch of unavoidable damage to go deal with them, less they keep using Heal: Target on bunch of gremlins I'm trying to kill.

Even if they didn't take damage, at least program them not to camp in areas we have to take damage to walk through.

Poison and Us

Okay,

Since we're now seemingly running into more Poison enemies I want to talk about this status ailment.

Against Players:

This status ailment is brutal. Second only to Fire in terms of group ending potential.

You can't heal or be healed. This is quite bad by itself.

The other problem is it can be applied even if you block. Which really. REALLY doesn't make sense. Especially when it from the poison spoocats. I blocked it. it hit the square of my shield. I took no dmg. I have 20 resist. Why do I get poisoned nearly every time. That is really quite backwards.

"Too many people chose blue", and s/he's right. Let us change our armor color if possible! :D
