Swords for the "Defensive" Sets

Yes, Holy-Nightmare already made something like this. Here are my own sword ideas for these.

Holy's post: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/110907

"Defensive" sets: Royal Jelly, Grey Owlite, Dread Skelly (as mentioned by Holy-Nightmare in his thread).

-----

Skelly:

2* Skelly Bone

Normal: A basic, calibur-like 3 hit combo.

Charge: A basic, 180° slice that deals 150% of a normal attack damage.

3* Scary Skelly Bone

Normal: Same as 2*.

Have players put inferior vitapods in their arsenals.

It's simples. Whenever a player walks over a vitapod that is worse than the one equiped, The player picks it up.

Then, the player can either sell it or use it on his/her next clockworks expedition. This way, the player can prepare more for an adventure, and can choose between vitapods, and save a big one for a challenge.

What do you think of this idea?

A miner by the name of Yorick has fallen victim to the core as bait for Spiral HQ, Yorick has previously claimed to have found a new material and demands a high price to allow examination, he claims that the material has given him un-natural power. As an unknown material that could possibly be of great use of the gremlins. You've been selected to escort Yorick out of the core.

Tortodrone Bombs

I propose that new bombs that resemble tortodrones* and have unique mechanics be made.
How would it work? Well, upon planting the 5* version of the bomb, 5 spots that form a pentagon shape appear around the player.
You would then have to wait for the bomb's explosion, which is 5 tortodrone gun bullets forming a temporary inpenetratable wall** around you that would keep enemies away and give the player time to prepare the charge attack of a stronger weapon, for example, a calibur/nitronome charge could work very well.

Minor update: New recipe

Spitfire Recipe - I don't see much reason for it not to have a recipe...

Required:

3 Red Shard -----------------------
2 Brimstone ------------------------
3 Flawed Orbs of Alchemy ---

Not really adding much, but still, why can't it be crafted?

(Or does the wiki just need the recipe template?)

Some ideas for balancing the various blast bombs

Nitronome

Remove all knockback and make its explosion look less violent.

The reason nitronome is shunned by many is because of how obnoxious it is. What does obnoxious mean? Dark brier barrage is, when used against neutral enemies, the same as nitronome but without any knockback or eye crushing visuals. This change would also make the item considerably more noob and child friendly.. instead of learning to master knockback in parties right off the bat (which gunners and sword have much less of), bombers are immediately only a net positive for the party.

Gotta request the gremlin stalker's sawblades again because they're just that cool

So there's like a million ways they could work but I thought of a good one-

Charge

Time: Lengthy, think haze bomb or even gran faust
Effect: Become invisible! Just like maskeraith but on demand!
When it wears off: Recon mark all of the enemies in a short radius.

Normal hits

Hit one if cloaked: Divine avenger's first swing
Hit one if not cloaked: Throw a saw blade
Hit two: Divine avenger's finishing blow

Why it's good

Because it's basically the coolest thing ever.

Everfrost Locker (Bomb idea)

Type: Bomb
Damage: Normal
Status: Strong Freeze

This bomb is an idea I had when working with vortex bombs, I noticed that most fling the enemies away and enemies can sometimes escape pretty easy. This bomb would be used the same way as a vortex but would be more efficient at holding them down and would deal more damage.

This bomb would have a slightly slower charge time than the vortex bomb lines and the walk speed while charging would be the same.

Guild Overdo:GP

Currently, everything in a guild is paid with crowns. But once the guild goes highly inactive, the guild is doomed. Why? Upkeep. Pay for upgrades.
So rather than that, why not use Guild Points for everything.
Guild Points would be easy to get, but requires a lot to buy. Due to this, upkeep would be removed.
A few ways to earn Guild Points:
Log in:+5
Complete a Clockworks Level with a Guild member:+2 per player, requires 2 players however.
Pay 5K crowns:+1K(why not :P).
Prestige Missions:Give 1/4 of Prestige from the mission.

Weapons of Oblivion

These weapons were used by one of the most mysterious bandits of all time. After the bandits death, their use was further explored, but abandoned simply due to the odd nature of the blades' functions, which made it hard to master and gave way to it's unpopularity. While it was reconsidered after an early vanguard decided to pick up on the style of the blades,it faded into what seemed into oblivion after his abrupt death.
