Bomb/Sword Updates
The gunner update twisted the balance massively in favor of guns. To balance this out, we've predicted a bomb/sword update of some sort.
The gist of it.. well-
Armors- Padded line = huge for gunners, possibly split it into sword/bomb/gun lines since it also floods basil every run and there's just too much of it. Mad bomber is also broken due to chaos.
Bombs- Are flawed by nature, and require some way to just kill a couple enemies that pop up without requiring nuclear destruction. There have been a lot of ideas on how to accomplish this. The shard bombs are also glitched out, if you're not aware of this just say the word and I'll write it again I swear.
Swords- 5* winmillion, Cutter buffs, heavy sword buff, buff rigadoon/flamberge. Swords are mostly good, but could use a few more options to bring them up to the level of guns.

Armor Balance

Basically our armor situation is kind of jacked up right now in favor of glass cannon/super armor type things. There are quite a few discussion threads, but something should really be done-

The gist is that glass cannon = super armor because it can overcome statuses + has defense/health, and that defensive armors are kind of on the real bad side of things.
Battle sprites and minerals
Currently green and blue minerals are useless. It only makes sense to release two more battle sprites, or to re-purpose those minerals.

There are just too many new sprite ideas to document. I don't even know if I included my own I don't think so, but I've had at least several dozen. Other battle sprite abilities/ultimates are rather lackluster.
Seraph's lazor- is bad overall, but the disintegration ray is in most scenarios a straight upgrade over the one that boosts damage vs fiends/undead.. even against fiend/undead, I mean.
Seraph's heart attack- the ultimate that causes enemies to explode does next to no damage on the explosion. This makes it very nothing.
Drakon- Could use a bit of a damage increase, or possibly a cooldown decrease. He's not THAT underpowered but compared to Mask/Seraph could probably use a boost.
Mask's haze- The ghostly haze's ghosts are awful and do next to nothing. They literally just look pretty, which is unacceptable.
Last but not least, an autofeeder would be REALLY nice. I have seven battle sprites at level 100+ and my seventh sprite is likely never going to get to 100 because feeding it stops being fun after sprite number three and becomes pulling teeth soon thereafter. Just let us put a stack of mats in that box and call it quits so I can get rid of my ecto drops without clicking 2,000 times.
Rarities, missions, arcade reduxes

But really it goes hand in hand with balancing rarities. I'd say there are a few basic things that could be perfected very quickly-
-The pricing on fire crystals is kind of ridiculous. 6,300 energy to heat one 5* item is almost 20 dollars. Like no.
-Certain other levels need to give radiant fire crystals, because the only good radiant area is dreams and nightmares.
-Materials are largely worthless and should likely just be removed from the game, or preferably dealt with in some way.
-The forge is unfun and players hate it. There are a good many solutions to this that don't compromise it.

The core and farming in general

You likely have your own idea as to how it should go, but that's my take on it. Regardless we need something new and interesting to farm, because farming is kind of dead right now. Empty parties, new "vanguards" everywhere, people get tired and leave- I've seen that time and time again and if you want to retain these players you need to give them something to keep their hands busy, that much is clear.. even if it is just a new level every two or three months.
Players want a level editor
Basically super mario maker but for SK, and if that's too much giving out the level editing tools + letting players test them + basic documentation should suffice to let players create and submit a few levels. This is largely because players want more levels to play through. All of the fighting around this issue is speculation as to what devs would be able to pull off... but believe me when I say the demand for this is real.

Controversy over box-only weapons
Currently, a large portion of the gear is basically just whale tier for no good reason. These are the mixmasters and celestial orbitguns and celestial vortexes and pillows of the world, which are only available from boxes that likely won't even come back ever again. Hundreds of dollars for a single weapon is kind of silly when I'd rather just pay that and have EVERYONE get access, you know? Blocking off content isn't cool.
In Krakob's Discord (you guys love Krakob he's great) we've talked about this and one of the things that came up that I liked was putting these weapons on the featured auctions once a month ea for 1 mill starting price. They're still expensive, but they're within the grasp of normal humans, and aren't unheard of outside a few whales and collectors.
